Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services, access resources, submit genuine enquiries and arrange consultations. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or submit unlawful material. Please provide accurate information that you are authorised to share.
Our services
We provide lead generation and marketing, websites and landing pages, CRM setup and management, workflow automation, custom business applications, integrations and ongoing technology support. Descriptions on the website are general introductions. Availability and suitability depend on discovery, the agreed scope and the capabilities of relevant platforms.
Enquiries and consultations
Submitting a form, accessing a resource or booking a consultation does not create a service contract or commit either party to a project. A consultation is an initial discussion of your needs. If you need to reschedule, use the instructions in your booking confirmation or contact us.
Scope and commercial terms
Deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, fees, advertising budgets, subscriptions, approvals, payment terms, cancellation, maintenance and support are established in a written proposal or service agreement. Advertising spend and third-party fees are included only if expressly stated. Work begins as agreed in that document. There are no website checkout purchases or automatic service subscriptions on this site.
Client materials and accounts
For agreed work, clients are responsible for providing materials and access they are entitled to use, reviewing approvals and maintaining lawful practices for their business. Account ownership, permissions, credentials, handover, content rights and responsibility for customer data should be documented in the project agreement. Do not send credentials or confidential customer data through the enquiry form.
Intellectual property and resources
Our website copy, branding and original resources belong to Bigsteppers Technologies or their respective rights holders. You may use our free checklists internally to assess your business. Do not resell them, remove attribution or present them as your own. Ownership and licensing of commissioned work are covered by the relevant service agreement.
Third-party platforms
We may integrate third-party advertising, CRM, hosting, scheduling and other services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. Platform changes, outages, approvals and account restrictions may affect features or delivery. Any obligations to monitor or maintain integrations are defined in the project scope.
Results and website information
Marketing and technology outcomes depend on factors including offer, market demand, budget, customer response, implementation and team adoption. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings, sales or revenue. Examples and demonstrations illustrate possibilities rather than verified client results unless explicitly identified. Responsibility and applicable rights
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may change or contain errors. Website information is provided for general guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability and dispute terms for paid services belong in the applicable signed agreement.
