Our services
Bigsteppers Technologies provides business systems services including operational audits, custom CRM and application development, workflow automation, systems integration, and ongoing management. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are set out in a separate agreement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts, data, and systems needed to deliver the services.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement and agreed in writing before work begins. Managed and subscription services are billed on the schedule stated in your agreement.
Intellectual property
Systems and code we build for you become yours upon full payment. Our underlying frameworks, templates, and know-how remain our property.
No guarantee of results
Operational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We apply proven frameworks and our best professional effort, but we do not guarantee specific results, savings, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
